For Strong is Sexy(AF): Week 02 we're only going to make one small addition to the workout: the Spiderman Stretch (annotated in bold italics). The week's workouts will be as follows:
Strength/Movement Quality:
A1 Braced Squat 3x10 - take your time on each rep, focusing on maintaining your brace
A2 Bear Plank 3x6-10 breaths
A3 Spiderman Stretch 3x3-5/side (take your time)
Cardiovascular:
Walk 30-min
Diet:
This week, maintain consistently adding in one additional serving of vegetables. But, I also want you to figure out one small "drop" you can make. This would be something that adds unnecessary calories to a meal or drink. Some good places to look would be: coffee - can you remove some or all sugar? Sodas - if you drink them, can you drop them? How about dressings and sauces? Cut them in half or drop them all together. These small "drops" add up over time. Really.
